ok for some reason i only get 20 or less fps, any ideas people? (cs i get aroung 90-100)

DoD has generally a lower fps rate.. but it shouldn't be that dramatic a drop.

What's your graphics card?

turn off all the special fx and see how it goes

cl_particlefx 0 (0-3 ( 0=off , 3=highest detail))

well im running it in 800x600 now and it seems to work fine, kinda annoying tho
