"Ok last night some routine maintenance was done on the router. This didnt go according to plan and there were some complications.
With this glitch taking some time to sort and servers being offline, Other planned updates have been done to save downtime in the future. They include improving cooling, cabeling, setting up of some remote tools and improving connection + setting things up ready for more improvements to follow in a few months.
Would also like to say thanks to those poor guys still working in telehouse after nearly 24 hrs there with no sleep trying to get everything up and running.
We are sorry for any inconvience caused by this we will be adding lost time to your contract to make up for it.
Servers will be back on as soon as its possible."
